It is something like a colorful shirt. The same shirt is judged
differently by a tailor, a designer, the person who is wearing, a
trader, a washerwoman/man, a quality conscious/health conscious person,
and external personality observers.
A tailor looks at
stitches/ironing/buttons or its make. A designer looks it from design
perspective - innovation, style, uniqueness, crafts sensitivity
reflections and so on. The person who
wears judges it from his/her like/dislike mode - preferred color,
design, affordability/price range, durability, feeling fresh/attractive
while wearing, etc. A health/quality conscious person looks at the base
material such as fine cotton, defect free in manufacturing/stitching
etc. A trader looks at selling margin. A washerwoman/man looks at neat
and clean side. The external personality observers look at the person's
overall personality reflection and suitability in regard to
match/mismatch on that person wearing that particular shirt.
Hence, NCCB is different for different persons/investors (short term,
medium term, long term)/traders/wild speculators/beginners/share market
illiterates/Pundits etc.
For me, I look the company primarily
focusing on its image/standing, management credibility, fundamentals,
growth prospects, dividend history and worth of its retention. All these
I do when I invest. From this perspective for me, NCCB is a sell share.
But when I trade, more than anything else I go by current trend,
volatility, setting a few assumptions and applying those in context of
NCCB. So, from trader's perspective, I may hold it for some time.
Nirmal Pradan group and Jit Bahadur/Laxmi Bahadur group are in constant
fight for its management control. NRB intervention will not solve its
problem but may bring it to a manageable level.
Hence, Dinesh
ji, I have no yes or no reply. You please read this as reference and
decide judiciously as you know better who you are, your risk taking
environment, your portfolio and your need of selling and options to
hold. Please you decide using all available facts, rumors, inputs and
trend assessments.
Sorry for this long lecture. I did not plan to write this long, but simply it took its shape - long and lecture note type.
